Treat yourself to an unforgettable view of the Ionian in our peaceful "gated" seashore retreat. Our spacious 2 deluxe Villa-apartments can accommodate up to 12 guests. The villa is build in 2 floors.
The deluxe apartments are based on the ground floor. The first floor, its still developing, and the loft accommodate all year round, the owner sun and his wife.
The large open spaces of our home are adorned with stucco red Venetians columns and marble/tile flooring will take your breath away. The villa is just a short walk through your private path from the beautiful clear waters of the Dassia beach, where you can swim and enjoy a fresh seafood meal after your long languorous swim, in the local taverns.
In both deluxe (100 m2 each in size) apartments the windows overlooking the 360 degree view of the Dassia blue bay will entice you to spend many an hour on the wide tiled verandas. On a clear day one can see as far as Albania.
There are two large bedrooms, a big living room and a very comfortable kitchen as well one bath in each of the 2 the deluxe beach apartments.
A large living room/dining room designed in a Greek classical style yet modern and very comfortable with an open concept kitchen, can easily accommodate 6 people, in each apartment. The living rooms are big and comfortable. The flooring is made of light brown-blue tiles with marble stairs and brown-marble fireplace, in one of the apartments. The other one it’s almost the same with out though a fire place.
Through the large front doors & windows a breathtaking view is lying at your feet! The Dassia beach with its unique blue waters. The sunrise is an unforgettable experience.
A well-equipped kitchen with a pass through marble bar to the dining room is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the same view as the living room. A ceramic cook top and convection over, coupled with a microwave oven and a gas powered BBQ will meet most if not all of the requirements for a chef if cooking at home is your choice. Top of the line refrigerator, add to your comfort away from home. The dining room is simply furnished with a modern dining room table and chairs.
The veranda off the living room and bedroom is 15 sq m with astounding views of the coast. If you are an early riser you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sun rises in your life. If sleeping until mid day is more to your liking, then you can enjoy the sunsets and night views of the coast. In the evening, thousands of small lights bordering the land in front of you complemented by the beautiful sky lit by thousands of stars will forever stay in your memory. On the beach of Dassia, there are wonderful sports facilities which are rated the best in the Corfu area. You can spend the day there, swimming, jet skiing, sailing, playing volley ball, having lunch, dinner, enjoy the music and the relaxed atmosphere. It is great for families, young and old alike.

Dassia is an atmospheric, lively place, popular with younger couples, groups and water sport enthusiasts. Dassia is 9 miles from Corfu Town on the east coast of Corfu with views across the sea to the mountains of Greece and Albania.
A holiday in Dassia can take full advantage of the exceptionally lively youth resort of Ipsos which is a short and beautiful walk along the coast. From Dassia regular buses and taxis run to both Ipsos and Gouvia, another lively, busy resort. Dassia also has plenty of varied and inexpensive nightlife of its own, but is less intense than its famous neighbours.
Popular Dassia beach is long, quite narrow and a mix of shingle and pebbles. The water at Dassia beach is exceptionally calm and flat.
