Messonghi is a relatively unspoilt, small and uncomplicated resort running parallel to the sea for about a mile, and separated from its close neighbour Moraitika by the Messonghi River.
The former fishing village of Messonghi is on the south-east coast of Corfu, 14 miles south of the capital, Corfu town and the airport.
Messonghi resort tend to appeal to a cosmopolitan mix of young families and couples looking for a relaxed holiday base with a friendly atmosphere. Corfu holidays can also count on the attractions of Moraitika across the river, as the two resorts are tending to merge.

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I went. The room and the location were wonderful!
The owners were very friendly and helpful. I shall miss my morning coffee on the balcony with its beautiful sea views. I can't wait to go back next year for longer!
