Property location & Area description

Location: The Studios are on basement or on the second floor and offer a panoramic view of mainland Greece, Albania and, of course, the Sidari Sea.

The Studios are set only 30 meters from the beach, which is a composition of cliffs and rock. All in all, the beaches in Sidari are typically very clean and safe, with several facilities available.

Beach: The best part of Sidari beach is the variety of water sports and activities that are available. Water skiing, banana boat rides, paragliding, parasailing, and scuba diving are available on all three beaches for reasonable prices.

The distance to the Sidari center it’s about 15-20 minutes walk. To visit the famous canal D Amour you need about 8 minutes walk.

We have a family run business, studios to let in Melitsa - Sidari.

We offer comfortable and clean accommodation, convenient to all the resort's amenities and only 30 meters from the beach!

We have an outstanding reputation for customer care and guests who have stayed with us feel as if they are part of our family. The atmosphere here is very warm, friendly and relaxed. A large number of our guests tend to revisit us on a regular basis. A life-lasting friendship is made from the moment we meet !

Enjoying a very central, quiet and tranquil location on the beach front, Spiridoula studios are recommended for relaxation by day, yet are within direct access to the resort’s amenities and laid back nightlife.

Accommodation: Studios have a capacity for 2 and 3 persons. Studios comprise of a room with 2 twin beds, equipped kitchenette (2 ring cooker, fridge, etc.), bathroom and sea view balconies.

Spyridoula Mill house:  Mill Houses is a traditional Greek style house located at the garden 50 meters before the studios. Every room is build as a wind mill, facing the Sidari beach and the two famous rocks. A first class house situated for your needs.

With respect to the environment and the characteristic architecture of Aegean Sea the white-washed mill houses offer breathtaking panoramic views of the beach, the rocks and the sunset. It has 2 floors. On the first floor it’s the kitchen, with one double sofa bed, and one bathroom, and on the second floor, it’s the master bedroom, with two twin beds with another bathroom.

This house can accommodate up to 4 adults, or 3 adults and 2 children.Mill House is an invitation to a unique experience. It is an invitation to the dream! Mill Houses Hotel is perfect for Honeymooners & Newly Weds! Some of the facilities are: Satellite TV as well private pool outside the Mill.

Information: The self catering Studios are family owned and run. They offer simple and well maintained accommodation, suitable for couples and small families. We offer a warm welcome to all our guests.
