Villa Saint john lies in the region of Agios Yannis - Evropouloi, on top of a hill next to a small 10th centutry church. It stands in a 3000m2 of olive groves.

The view is spectacular from all rooms and balconies, as well as from the pool, you have a panoramic view of the island, with the town of Corfu spread out before you.

According to the Greek National Tourism Organisation, here is our cancellation policy:

    * Cancellations prior to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. ( we refund the deposit, minus any bank transaction fees)
    * For cancellations after 20 days before arrival amount equal to 30% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * Early departure penalty is equal to 50% of the remaining stay
