-Deposit & Cancellation policy

  1. In order to confirm your stay we require a 30% down payment, with Visa or MasterCard being perfectly acceptable or a bank transfer to our bank account.

  2. The customer accepts to reimburse us for the balance of the amount corresponding to his reservation prior to his departure.

  3. Elli Marina reserves the right to pre-approve credit cards.

  4. If you notify us by fax or email that you wish to cancel your reservation then the following policy applies:

Cancellation policy

  1. Between 21-30 days prior to your arrival we refund 100%

  2. Between 15-20 days prior to your arrival we refund 50%

  3. Between 8-14 days prior to your arrival we refund 25%

  4. Between 0-7 days prior to your arrival we refund 0%

  5. The customer accepts to reimburse us for the entire amount of reservation if he or she does not show up.

  6. In case of departure earlier than the confirmed date we charge 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining nights.
